I don't think there will be a roadshow. GMV announced a while back that had firm commitments and strong interest hence their pursuit of the NASDAQ listing.

TBH they wouldn't delist from the ASX before knowing for sure they can list on the NASDAQ successfully. It would leave them vulnerable with no market and increased difficulty in raising capital which will be required at some point.

GMV is extremely confident.
