I for one see little or no revenue info coming to us in the next few weeks nor afterwards until the nasdaq listing is achieved. I cannot be sure of the conseqences of the nasdaq listing process because the document posted is far from complete and changes like the ratio of consolidation and price on listing and then happenings in the escrow period are still to be realised. Overall, the company has made good recent achievements around university hospitals and this should continue with solid growth. I feel good saying this.

Everthing that is occurring though is not for our consumption. Full stop - as we are the past. My feeling is we won't lose in the process though reality may have already played its hand and the Dr may have to take a fall to list. if he were to have this then so would we.

We just need a favourable listing on Nasdaq and sh will be smiling.
