Now on the less bright side, who's the lucky vendor that will receive 70m shares upon FDA approval? A major dilution event IMO, and will be interesting to know whether he plans to dump that on market when we do actually get FDA.

Luck has nothing to do with it. Shares to go to management for their blood, sweat and tears with the bulk of it (~58m) destined for our CEO. No major dilution effect, will be immaterial.
