What makes you think they will be dumping? I don't think you have met the managing team nor the board, in their eyes the MC should be no less than USD$1 billion and NASDAQ is definitely on the list. They are probably thinking that anything under $1 is an absolute bargain, why they would sell when they know GMV will be worth much more in few years?. For management and the board members, GMV is much more than shares and a quick profit, it is the highest accomplishment in their careers, they want to do it at the highest standard plus many of them are already loaded.
