Very interesting. I just looked up LifeWatch, which our CEO was previously a co-founder and the COO was also its COO. The company was just recently acquired for US$270m. Would definitely hope GMV go for more than that.

Now on the less bright side, who's the lucky vendor that will receive 70m shares upon FDA approval? A major dilution event IMO, and will be interesting to know whether he plans to dump that on market when we do actually get FDA.
