I wonder if this de-listing was disclosed at the time. You would think it must have been, otherwise Yacov may be open to litigation relating to full disclosure. So, if this was disclosed, I wonder what story was told to make the deal attractive? I'm assuming the truth, that this is a stock standard delist to IPO elsewhere.

Right now, whilst I'm hearing less of a BOOM! and something more akin to the sound of a fart under water, I'm happy to stick around. I agree wholeheartedly with Galilee's assessment, having danced this dance several times myself in the past.
