We have to vote against this delisting. If this company wants to list on Nasdaq in Q4 2020 -- fine, knock yourself out -- but don't delist from ASX until afterwards, say Q1 2021. Once this outfit goes private, they may prefer to stay that way. All those public listing requirements and deadlines have proven very inconvenient in the past.
