I am just one among 90m shares who voted agaist Yacov 60m freebies (aka p.shares).
Note - only ~400m/713m took part in june AGM votes.

As for *Delisting/Asx & Nasdaq/listing, i will vote "Yes" for this resolution in EGM..
(My hunch is Gmv, unloved on asx, its MC will be rerated in Nasdaq to catch up with usa telehealth peers)

Yacov, ~326m, 40%
Instos,~100m, 12%
subtotal, 426m, 52%
Additional 23%
is requred (from balance of 387m) to reach 75%.
