So am I correct that we are assuming our current ASX shares will transfer to an equivalent value once the company is trading on NASDAQ, and we could then trade these normally if our individual broker supports trading on NASDAQ.
If this is the case what happens with our share/% ownership in the company, between delisting on ASX and listing on NASDAQ?
So many question. Hope they provide further details soon.
I am concerned how they talk about certain rules not applying to them because they are Cayman Island based.............. That's a bit of a red flag for me.
