I can guarantee you these investors did not know what was coming (I was one of them). Clearly the raise would not of gone so well if we had known they had planned to delist. These investors would of been better off skipping the placement and just buying anywhere in the 4c range after announcement was released.

Are you seriously saying that the BOD organised a $5M placement without disclosing the de-listing which was announced 1 week later ?
Even for this BOD I find that hard to believe....
