Wow didn’t expect that last announcement so soon after cap raise. I think if your going long this will definitely reward shareholders.
I will had a go at putting a possible structure/valuation for Nasdaq float.
BEAT market cap is 4x revenue. so GMV If we base it on 3x current revenue due to 3x patient recruitment = 18M. Then multiply by 4 revenue = $72M US and that’s without prisma or patch sales/revenue.
with 835mill shares currently on issue and another 300mill due to Nasdaq listing that will give max 1.2bill thus a price tag of $6 US a share with a 1 for 100 consolidation.
That would make it 9 cents currently with another 18M US in the bank!
again just a rough estimate.
We need more clarity now more than ever!
