I can guarantee you these investors did not know what was coming (I was one of them). Clearly the raise would not of gone so well if we had known they had planned to delist. These investors would of been better off skipping the placement and just buying anywhere in the 4c range after announcement was released.

I also took the placement and sold today at loss. The BOD did not disclose delisting on the Term Sheet. Otherwise the $0.05 placement would not succeed. If there is any legal action I will join.
