I have read through 6 pages Term Sheet again including fine print to ensure that I have not missed anything important. I can confirm again only IPO listing on the NASDAQ was mentioned under Section Investment Highlights. It says "The Company has also engaged financial and listing advisors for a planned initial public offering (IPO) on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange. The Company is targeting the NASDAQ listing date in Q3 CY2020". There was NO mentioning of Delisting from ASX.MST Financial is the lead manager. Anyone wants to verify may call MST 02 8999 9988 to confirm. The Term Sheet does state Private and Confidential. The question now is how much trust you can put on the BOD who "missed" such important information about Delisting from ASX.
