For clarity I am estimating they raise $20m in the Nasdaq IPO. Not big by there standards but enough for GMV. Also is what they were looking to raise last time. and the $20 price is just my estimate too.

If you follow the math you can easy adjust all the variables. The only constant is the ASX shares on issue.

I saw your calculations were easy to understand. All I want an answer is where did you get $130m capital from? Unless you meant it will be revalued.
