Where do you find a buyer?
I own shares in an Australian public unlisted Company, same path i envisage GMV will go down.
You can buy and sell shares in this Company through a register that the Company maintains. Any expressions of interest are lodged through the Companies website and entered into this register.
Obviously the liquidity is very low, it can take weeks to agree to a price for buying or selling shares, but you can sell & buy shares still.
There is a lot of doom and gloom being posted at the moment. Losing all of our shares when GMV become a private company - ridiculous statement.
People need to take a chill pill and wait for the company to announce the details on how they see this process taking place, instead of this outlandish speculation.
