One more thing. I realise that the reason that 15 million is being thrown around as an estimate of the IPO portion of the listing is because Yakov won't want to be diluted much below 50%, but I don't think this is the case. I think the Americans will want a much bigger slice of the company and more control over how it is run. They would see Yakov owning so much as a red flag, so reducing his dominance on the register is probably necessary and, I think, a good thing.
