I agree - if we are subject to a external TO offer, I am reasonably confident the major shareholders/BOD will give it a swerve. The economics are too compelling to give up for loose change, TOHO won't want to be dealing with someone else in charge, and, most importantly, we are not vulnerable to an outside party strong-arming us, as we have plenty of cash in the bank, and a confident game plan to proceed, and being executed. And there is a whole range of upside being hinted at that is in no one's calculations (copper/gold, 'pearls'). I guess there is the possibility of an internal shake-out by current dominant shareholders/partners...?
