Not the best of announcements. Couldn't raise the full allocation even with the advertising spend. Now still attempting to raise capital for a few more weeks when the share price is below the CR price. It will make it hard and cap the price at 14c until its raised. The obvious question is, is it worth it for the remaining $1.3m? Obviously management think it is. Not exactly confidence building.
