Yes, Pearl is self-evidently, by orders of magnitude in quality, scope and maturity, superior to any of the exploration plays previously brought to the Company.
It's quite a coup.
As you observe, Gaspanic, Pearl hosts two serious multi-year historic mines, and sits cheek by jowl with major ore deposits.
It even appears to offer a route for a minnow like G88 to crack it open, because it contains several types of mineralisation - the skarn type multi-element, high-grade stuff that was the focus of the earlier mining, and which could give us a graduated entry to production ...plus the porphyry copper mineralisation likely underpinning it all - that holds the promise of very large but lower-grade reserves.
