Not sure how much funds management contributes to the bottom line
in any case goodman australia industrial fund is a private fund
they have just done a 1 for 10 issue @ 75c to members of the fund
NOT gmg shareholders
I don't know how much units in the funds are worth at the moment
I can only assume that they are probably worth more than 75c, probably a lot more
they might even be worth a $1
I have rang investor relations to find out how much they are actually worth and she says she will get back to me on what they are worth.
I think these funds are designed for institutions not your average private investor
