re: Ann: GAIF announces capital management in... Its only available to wholesale investors. I would hate to be GAIF investor. They have been sold a pup! All GAIF properties were purchased between 6.7 and 7.2% over the past 2 years. That is why they are doing a capital raising. The LVR would be hurting. GAIF Employees are directly employed by Goodman. Senior Managment of Goodman tells GAIF staff what to buy and at what yield.
