Know this was mooted a while back pre-DFS but at what point does PLS start to look at diversifying away from hard rock into brine? They're bringing in $500m+ a quarter currently and sitting on $3-4bn cash. They could buy us and pay for the build out of FCF. Retain JP as a figurehead GM and put in more resources around him to support taking it into production? Personally I'd see that as a pretty logical Plan B (assuming Plan A is JP and DJ taking this the whole way to production themselves).
At these levels, I can't believe we haven't had any legitimate approaches from competitors/acquirers worth sharing via an announcement.
