I think why the management has pivoted to 60ktpa was because of this! Increase from 34ktpa to 60ktpa.
This was more or less sealed when they announced it on the 31st of March 2023 and prolly just legal formalities that dragged this ANN until now.

I think the management will be close to getting export license for the LiCl as GanFeng are doing LiCl to be exported as sell at their Mariana Project.

Hopefully there will be an export license SOON (like @paulgf mentioned) even if it's for 5 years, it would do GLN and the lithium industry a very big favour to attract more Foreign Capital into Argentina to accelerate the development of more lithium mines and lithium conversion facilities.
