It's a bizarre demonstration of market psychology seeing long term holders in GLN lose their mind and sell over a consolidation of Catalina. This has never been part of our already massive, high-quality resource - all announcements have been clear about this.This is unambiguously good news - land acquisition for increased pond capacity.
The only shame is that we had to offer highly discounted scrip instead of cash. If JP had played his cards right, we could have got them on at $3 rather than 78c.
