Yes a shit raise for new and old investors. They needed to raise capital and less discount it was still above the recent low.

I’ve been here many times, it is not the end of the world.

Capital raising is a given twice a year in small caps, if you have a dream you need to fund it, never easy and can be hard on existing holders.

They have raised enough to keep me interested, but we are looking at another to actually build the bloody plant.

Agree with many that the numbers don’t match.

I understand the market is generally f*ed as we wait for news. The news here in NZ is the labour government is going to spend an additional 8.8 billion, while expecting $11 billion less in revenue. So they are going to have to borrow another 20
