Just went through the video again and at 34:50 onwards where JP talks about Candelas and the third party, he mentioned another solution with that third party....... Is a Chinese DLE player interested like Lanshen was with LEL.....
if you visit the LEL thread, last year Lanshen offered LEL a free 3kt/year DLE plant at Lanshen's expense.
Now that LEL have notionally sold their asset, what happens to that DLE plant, no-one knows......
Just speculating but perhaps a similar DLE provider wants in at Candelas?
Definately something going on in the background that they can't say as he mentioned he can't provide more details than that.
