I'm a SH of GLN & LEL in the lithium sector, only one of these company's BOD is "trying to maximise SH value". I'll leave you to decide which one IMO that is.
I'm sure many on HC could name a dozen BODs (probably more) who do nothing for their SHs.
I'm not defending the BOD but either you accept their decision to proceed with their current path or you exit the company.
The constant negativity can been viewed as genuine concern for the company's path or a dump narrative designed to rinse SHs.
At least GLN has plenty of liquidity, other lifestyle companies don't allow SHs as easy a way out.
