IMO they've made a huge mistake in not putting an end date for the DD. So glencore have just dragged and continued to drag. So there is no "conclusion". Conclusion will be when a new source of funding is found IMO.
They stuffed up but will no doubt learn from this. I would have to say their lawyers should take some blame for not putting an end date or exit clause for the company.
