As others have pointed out here, its too little too late.

Dinsdale must be smart as he started with Goldman. The Azure background is useful but he was only an analyst with them. Don't know any of those other companies. They could be anything, and he could be a complete flake.

Mallee Resources was a disaster, which means he knows what bad looks like, and the smalle busted end of town. But I can't see anywhere on his CV where he knows what good looks like.

An updgrade on Graeme Fox D-Grader, but again I think its JP saving a few bob but he'll pay big time down the track.

JP is the one that needs to go at this point. He needs to resign at the AGM. The financing of this has been an unmitigated disaster.
