fair point. it was probably unfavorable from the company to not announce the obvious slowdown of construction (documented by satellite images). i agree with you 100% with regard to the self financing of this project. the anticipated capital requirements will probably soon exceed the market capitalization at this rate of decay.
the change of cfo is one of many necessary steps, which probably happened far too late. to be honest, i can't imagine a worse start for him, which hasn't exactly widened the pool of candidates.
