FIRB only applies to Australian land.
Mining Operations require FIRB approval, Exploration tenements don’t seem to.
So Greenbushes being part of Galan but exploration only at this stage doesn’t seem an issue, IMO
Be a shame to get T/O. As someone said, it would be hard for the board to justify knocking back an offer around $1.70-$2.00 a share, that being a 50% premium to the current price.
