I'm pretty certain the pond is lined for various reasons:
- I can't find information to suggest it isn't lined
- If it were not lined, the brine would just percolate below into the underlying permeable alluvial soils
- I can see black plastic in Figure 1.
Do you have information to suggest the pond isnt lined?
