Could those holders who think that management are planning to take Galan private, and/or sell the honey pot asset to EnergyX, please advise on what percentage of share holders vote is required to back that speculation? It would seem to be especially pertinent.

Also those suggesting a management conspiracy may be in motion, note that they have had this offer since July 11. On July18 Terry Gardiner spent $36751 on ordinary shares and GLNOB options, on market. It seems a frivolous waste of money if management is planning to fry holders in this EnergyX deal as you suggest. Don’t it ?

Personally I have no idea where this might go, but I see no substantial reasons to be calling anyone a dog (@Suni and others) based on the evidence so far. That shite sure won’t endear us holders to management if they do need to make hard decisions. Save it until it’s justified.
