Is he being specific about Phase 2 permits, because all product from Phase 1 has already been contracted to Glencore via offtake?

Incredibly disappointing that due to inexperience / poor drafting / incompetence / naivety, that Glencore seem to be able to hang around like a bad smell, seemingly doing sweet fa and we would appear powerless to move them on.

Yes, we failed to raise funds at the top of the market, and if we had it would be a very different story, but we weren't Robison Crusoe.

For me the whole Glencore debacle is the biggest disaster for which heads should have rolled.

Seems we were happy to sign anything just to get our names on a nice glossy press release alongside Glencore, and as a result seriously undermined our bargaining position re future funding.
