Galan has signed a commercial agreement with the Catamarca Government in support of the grant of permits to enable the commercialisation of lithium chloride concentrate to be sold locally or exported internationally.
…The next step in the process is the formalisation and the passing into legislation.

“Last Friday we got the permits for commercialisation of our lithium chloride, in other words we have full run to sell lithium concentrate once the phase 2 permits get granted, which is going to be by the end of the year"
Afaict this is a seperate matter to specific export permits, as I think you have noted.
