You’d have to think if management have a short list of possible funders and offtake offers that the best of those would be preferable to this lowball convoluted offer.
Energy X seem to think the offer is generous so they will play hard and not move up much, however it’s opportunistic at the very least.
I can’t even imagine that Galan would take this EX offer.
