I find this quite interesting... Just yesterday, JP stood in front of an audience, emphasizing how Galan's market valuation is disconnected from its intrinsic value:
Yet, on the very same day, he is forced to admit - thanks to an article by the AFR following a leak - that he's been negotiating with a questionable private business offering $230M for Galan in a punitive scrip-and-cash deal.
Where's the integrity in that?
How can he look shareholders in the eyes and claim he's acting in their best interest?
