@ShelbyWright am sure you're aware that in transactions where the bid is all cash, the stock trades at a slight discount to the bid depending on deal risk, time value of money etc. When scrip is involved the discount is usually a lot steeper as it depends on the attractiveness of the scrip and whether people want to bother with a listing on another exchange (92E getting acquired by ATHA is a recent example). When the script is unlisted for a business domiciled in Puerto Rico, with the noise around EnergyX and the related party on both sides of the transaction, in my opinion, yes it's worth considering that part of this specific bid discounted to zero. Evidently the market does not disagree with me. That said there are some here who think HMW is still a $1B asset, so knock yourself out
