An intriguing announcement indeed!
When first reading the announcement, I had the sort of feeling of GLencore stuff failure. But I wonder what strategic purpose JP envisions in utilizing this particular financing facility, If Glencore will not go ahead. At the current share price level, the available facility would cap its provision for GLN at a maximum of A$6 million, which may not significantly alleviate GLN's needs.
Time will tell.
