riddle me this - you've previously talked about how expensive debt should be in this market (10-15%). Correct me if I make a false equivalence, but the discount of 10% for access to this facility is kind of like paying interest on a debt at issuance rather than down the line? 10% is not egregious in this context. Noting of course the time cost of money makes paying the 'interest' up front suck more though. Anyway, I'm sure i'm comparing apples to oranges too much above.
