These ATM things are dreadful - it’s basically a facility with a loan shark, the mechanism means they get stock at a discount and Acuity are not there to hold it. This is what the likes of LKE and BRN put in place. Tells you they’re sailing too close to the wind again and have had to do this as a contingency.
