Sorry, again I do not agree. Read it very carefully. It says Galan has secured "an offer from Glencore to provide or facilitate a binding proposal..."

Nothing has been bound on the finance. It is at 'offer' status. If the finance was bound I am comfortable this would be trading way higher than it is.

With respect, experience has taught me to be very attentive to details and to ask a lot of questions, especially when it is small caps dealing with major global commodity traders. I've seen these things fall through before so I'm cautious. I personally don't think this offer will fall through - but there is more than enough ambiguity in the finance piece for the rest of the market, not just mondy, to be unsure what we're dealing with here. I mean nothing untoward in my posts and I can assure you there's nothing 'coordinated'. My risk strategy means I tend to exit a stock before funding, and re-enter after it is secured (I sold my final GLN parcels between $1.20 and $1.30 for this reason). This strategy means I will never pick the bottom, and I may leave some upside on the table, but it also tends to avoid nasty surprises and long draw downs. It is not the right strategy for everyone but it works for me. Good luck with your own approach. Cheers
