If that gap is filled at 60.5c, I can assure you there will be a cap raise (or something is else is very off with the deal) . No way a company making announcement like this should not have a run away gap with the observed volume. The run away gap starts from when the insiders bought (the day before the announcement). The gap from the announcement day is already closed.
