100% correct stage 1 finance is not secured ... Yet. That is a decent observation that was not previously picked up.
I do not see that being a massive issue though. Obviously secured is much better than poised .. But the company is in deep conversation finalising the deal. If anything the looming CR to keep the lights on and the fact that the financing is still pending gives people one last chance to pick up more units pretty cheap.
Every now and dark rain clouds appear and that is the time to put the buckets out.
Pretty intelligent time now to enter or top up.
