    binding offtake agreement is not worth the paper it's written on, look at MNS they have a binding offtake agreement with Tesla, they are now on life support, Glan heading the same way, you have to sift the wheat from the chaff, these are just Disallowed salesman tactics , galan continues to make new all time lows everyday, 30's not far off.
