At best this suspension relates to confirmation phase 2 isn’t effected by the water issues previously outlined. At worst it is the suspension of permits for phase 1 and a request to halt construction until additional environmental assessments are completed . I’m thinking the later… and I wouldn’t trust the earlier announcement saying phase 1 wasn’t effected by the court ruling.
