There's a part of me that would really like to see Glencore kicked into touch. We are not privy to dealings to date, but what little we do know doesn't inspire confidence.
Thanks, but no thanks Glencore we've had a better offer.
A trustworthy, long-term partner who can see that given the potential here, there is plenty to go around. And doesn't feel best practice is screwing you for every last cent.
Maybe the kind of relationship that Pilbara have with POSCO. Initially we supply the product in return for some upfront funding or prepayment, then down the track we get to JV for some of the downstream value add.
Dreaming? maybe but you never know.
