I don't think it was smoke and mirrors, or at least not intended to be. JP strikes me as very genuine (I do not really rate the others, least of all Homsany who is a non-exec director of the truly dreadful BRK.AX and had/has associations with some five (!) other ASX companies, not counting Galan). But they've all put reasonable amounts of capital into this at 46c and clearly want the best for the company as all shareholders do. Unfortunately, management as just as biased/blinded to the positive as investors, often moreso.
