Posters are right that this is not yet the export license, just an indication of gov. support towards it, but better than all the doomer posting about EIA. SP drop is a consequence of ATM funding news and avoiding the Iran-Israel sell-offs last week, not this announcement. SP won't rise until funding solved. Patience.
