I've run a basic NPV calc in excel for phase 1 using the DFS numbers.
40yr LOM - I've just hidden the repetitive lines in the chart for years 3-38.
Orange column - My phase 1 NPV comes out at 526M vs the DFS 460M. Close enough I think to get an idea of the effect of the royalty increase.
Green column - The increased royalty decreases the Phase 1 NPV by ~ 8%.
